| For Immediate Release Legacy Foundation Grant Awards for Spring 2007 Lake County, Indiana (May 18, 2007)In April the Legacy Foundation Board of Directors approved grants for the following projects: Images of HopeLake County Community Fund, $5,370 for a portable “Smart Board” to facilitate computer based training throughout the facility. Calumet College of St. JosephLake County Community Fund, $13,016 to inventory, organize and prepare three collections of historic materials for archiving at the college. LakeNET, Inc.Lake County Community Fund, $7,500 for upgrades to the website, www.lakenetnwi.org. Sojourner Truth HouseLake County Community Fund, $7,396 for an upgrade in technology hardware to increase capacity to serve clients and facilitate USDA reporting requirements.
