| Investment Policy & Strategy Investment Policy The Investment Committee of Legacy Foundation is responsible for directing and monitoring the investment of foundation assets. The Legacy Foundation's assets are invested with the goal of providing for Long-term growth of principal and income without undue exposure to risk. Investment performance is reviewed quarterly by the Investment Committee with the assistanceof Fund Evaluation Group, LLC. Investment Strategy The amount available annually for distribution is calculated at 5% of the fair market value of each fund. When annual earnings exceed the current year's distributions, the excess is retained in the fund, thereby increasing the amount available for future grants. The strategy is intended to help grow fund assets and insure that the funds can fulfill their purpose in perpetuity.
